My Name is Walter Verveen AKA DJ Wally; I was born in Botswana in the 70’s but raised in-between Lobatse and Mafikeng.My love for music was influenced by my late mum (Connie Verveen), Uncles and Aunties who are also born in Botswana. In the 90’s I was heavily influenced by Radio Bop, Bop TV’s Music Shows like (On The Beat) and the JHB Club scene.Since 1994 I have been the resident DJ @ Various Night Clubs in Mafikeng Namely: Club Ecstasy, Club Tequila Sunrise, Club Nouveau, Then I played @ various local clubs including Mobile Gigs for weddings, Birthday Party’s till early 2000’s.My Mixes have since played on Motsweding FM, Mahikeng FM, North West University FM, Modiri FM, Johannesburg’s Old Skool Radio, Durban’s Classic Central Radio, Cape Town’s Bush Radio.Music has always been a passion which I religiously follow; Music is a steady source of motivation that drives me to keep doing my best since my Passion for Music is simply second to None.For Bookings Call : +27 83 559 5617
