My guiding principle: Know thyself (Pausanias). The biggest challenge is to UNDERSTAND our total embeddedness in a) the concepts through which we project and establish the world "out there" and b) the unconscious motivating impulses (habits) . Emile Benveniste pointed out that : " It is in and through language that humans constitute themselves as subjects". If we start to glimpse that we are inadvertedly caught in that highly complex net of concepts (which are only automated instructions on how to engage with the world), the spell can be broken. That's when a more thought-free SPACE opens up through which our spontaneous and non-dual INTELLIGENCE, that has been there from the beginning, can manifest itself AGAIN. IN that way we start to be liberated from the isolation and machinations of our own self-hypnosis and see things in a more wholesome way. The subject-object-action split starts to be transcended. Music and LOVE fortunately bypasses that ego-bubble already right NOW!
