I post a mix every Thursday afternoon and try not to repeat a previous track unless its an alternate 12" or album mix . I’ve been collecting records since I first went to Wigan Casino as a 13 year old . From Wigan to The Highland Room Blackpool Mecca to jazz funk clubs of Lancashire, the punk clubs of Manchester and Liverpool, and onto Le Beat Route, The Wag, Blitz et al when I moved to London in 1979, to just listening at home, I have collected records which inspired the catwalk shows of our first label Red or Dead and continue to inspire the HemingwayDesign team today. Now with approaching 20,000 records, it's time to do some mixes. During lockdown I started uploading a mix a week with every crackle, pop and skip. Expect editions of Blue Eyed Black Music, Rare Groove, Underground Disco, Northern Soul, Boogie, electronic , Brazilian, Afrobeat, Indie Dance, Punk, Reggae, Yacht , Balaeric.
