DJ Doc Martin (WBLS)

Spinning records for appreciative admirers for years has been just one of the many blessings in the life and music career of our “Resident Mixologist,” DJ Doc Martin. Born and raised in Connecticut and deejaying since high school, his specialty is Club Classics and Soulful House music, and many a club goer has left his live DJ events with great memories and sore feet! Doc has been on the air at WBLS in New York since 2008. He has also been involved in many successful Tri-State (NY/NJ/CT) area projects, including an appearance in House music artist CeCe Roger’s “When We All Pull Together” video. Doc spends hours studying music, looking for tracks that make the listener say, “Oh, wow!” Doc says the ultimate thrill will always be the reaction of the crowd when he plays a song at the right time of the evening...
