In 1999 Doobie J broke his neck and had to hang his headphones up, never expecting to DJ again. Unable to give up his passion for house, he dedicated himself to production, establishing Citrus Sound Records, he has gone on to remix for major labels and artists including Natasha Watts, Dawn Tallman and Sofia Robina. In 2002 Doobie J was able to return to DJing, thanks to the innovation of MP3 mixers and has been back DJing on the club scene ever since.
