DJ Sylk from Hollis Queens NY has worked hard throughout his years of playing on college radio and clubs. He has shared the stage with many greats such as Roxanne Shante, EPMD, Doug E Fresh, Big Daddy Kane, Biz Markie, DJ Kool, Chubb Rock, Mr. Cheeks of the Lost Boyz, and many more. Sylk's influences are none other than Kool DJ Red Alert, DJ Jazzy Jeff, Da Beatminerz(Mr. Walt & DJ Evil Dee) and the world famous Kid Capri.
